My first sewing skills were gained while serving in the US Navy. As an Aircrew Survival Equipmentman, my life revolved around our aircraft and our pilot’s survival equipment. In addition, our squadron was in constant need of sewn goods such as flight deck tool bags and various aircraft covers, all of which we fabricated in-house. Canopy and windscreen covers, tire covers, pitot covers, canvas or cordura storage bins and map cases are a few of the items I can fabricate for you. I can also repair, modify or fabricate survival equipment and gear bags.
